Science is vastly more stimulating to the imagination than the classics

Science Forum of Azad MahavidyalayaAusa is an out-of- class-hours forum that offers students the chance to do science-related activities that extend and enhance the science they experience in the classroom.Science is everywhere in today world. It is part of our daily lives. Advances in Technology and Science are transforming our world at an incredible pace, and our student’s future will surely be filled with leaps in technology we can only imagine. Being “Science Literate will no longer be just an advantage but an absolute necessity. We can’t escape from the significance of Science in our world.

The department of Science and Humanities has inaugurated the Science Club in the year 2014-15. The club comprises of both Physics and Chemistry activities. The students are motivated by conducting Quiz, Project Demonstration, Paper Presentation, Essay Writing and Elocution Competitions etc., to enhance their knowledge in Science. The modern world would not be modern at all without the understandings of technology enabled by science and the club serves a root platform to explore their ideas.

1. To promote inquisitiveness among the students and inculcate scientific temper among them
2. To trigger interest among the students in Science
3. To encourage, motivate and equip the students in applications of Science and its interface with society

3. Opportunities to experience a wider range of science topics, hence broadening their enthusiasm for science

In our college every year we are conducting science exhibition to promote and expose their ideas and creativity. We also have several activities
